Shipping Information

Orders placed on our website MoonCalendar.com / CelestialProducts.com are handled by "Amazon Fulfillment Services". This means that all processing of your information, payment, and communication on order status/tracking is provided by Amazon.

Exceptions:

1.) Split Shipments. From time to time certain product orders may be filled directly by Celestial Products. In a small number of these cases, it is possible that part of your order may come from an Amazon distribution center and the rest from us in Concord, NC. 

 2.) Non-US orders. If you are ordering for shipment to a country outside the United States, you will need to contact us directly to place your order. The best way to do this is to send a fax to 011-1-704-973-7799 listing the:

• Items and quantity of each product
  
• Postal Mail shipping address
  
• Billing address with Visa or Mastercard number (16 digits), expiry (MMYY), and 3 digit security code
• Your email address for communication and phone number(country code + number)
• We will send your package by Postal Mail at the lowest possible cost unless you specify upgraded shipping requirements. Cost of all shipping is added to the merchandise price exclusive of any value added taxes, import duty, brokerage fees, etc. which are the responsibility of the recipient.
